purchase to arrive faster than with Regular Parcel, you have the option
to pay a super reduced rate to use either a Expedited parcel service or Xpress Post service.

Yes. When we ship your purchase, you will received an email with the tracking number. You can also login into your account and get your tracking number.

All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour delay to verify billing
information with the credit card issuer. This hold may be necessary to
protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft.

We get it.... you want to use your new "toy" as soon as possible. If you want to get it faster, you can select either Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post which have a discounted rate since your FREE Shipping allowance will be applied towards the shipping cost of the faster services.


Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an
item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions and
re-order a new item.

Yes. In case you want to return an item, you would need to pay for shipping cost back to us.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Certain conditions apply for returns.

We cant you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason we offer a 30 days return period as long as these conditions are met:

You can request a Return Number (RMA) on your account tab:

-  Your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- You must provide proof of purchase.

- Items must include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards
and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling

- You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Return shipping cost is not refundable.

- Please pack the box of the purchased item inside another box. Please don't ship back your return using only the item's box.

The return will be processed within 2 or 3 business days. If approved the refunds takes between 5 and 10 business days.

All the new products we sell are covered by the the manufacturer's
limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer
and product. If not indicated, the warranty coverage is 1 year from the
date of purchase.

We accept Visa, Master and AMEX

We use Square as our payment processor. Although online payments will never be 100% secure, Square uses the latest PCI compliant measures. More info here.

Usually orders marked as reject indicate that the payment processor was not able to approve the credit card. You will need to contact your credit card company for more details.

In this case the payment processor needs more time to verify the charge on your credit card.

To prevent this make sure your shipping and billing address are the same and that they are on record with your credit card/bank.
