Warranty & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
For that reason we offer a 30 day return policy. To qualify for a return it is very important that you follow the retunr instructions and that your item remains in NEW condition.
Note: You are responsible for the shipping cost (which must be prepaid) of the item you want to return.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 calendar days of the date the parcel left our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges.
If your purchase included a free shipping allowance, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
-You must have a return authorization code in order to return items.
-Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to: scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the product and box/packaging materials.
-Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge
How to Ship a Return?
Returns sent to us without a Return Number (RN) will not be accepted
To initiate a return, please email us via our Contact Us page
Please include in the email:
-Date of purchase
-Photo or scan of the invoice
-Reason for return
Once we receive all the information above we will provide you a Return Number (RN).
Once you have the Return Number you may proceed to ship back the item
-Please pack the box of the purchased item inside another box.
-Please don't ship back your return using only the item's box.
-Include the original invoice inside the box (Make a copy of your invoice for your records)
-Please do not write on the manufacturer's box.
-You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item.
-Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-Please ship your return with a tracking number.
-If it is a valuable item please buy insurance
Once you ship the return to us, send us an email with the tracking number.
After We have received your valid return, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of
the acceptance or rejection of your return.
The return will be processed within 2 or 3 business days. If approved the refunds takes between 5 and 10 business days.
Our goal is your total satisfaction but we reserve the right to accept or not a return if the conditions above are not met.
For example: wanting to return a used or damaged item, an item without if packaging/box, etc
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an
item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions and
re-order a new item.
All the new products we sell are covered by the the manufacturer's
limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer
and product. If not indicated, the warranty coverage is 1 year from the
date of purchase.
-Normal wear and tear are not covered
-Speakers damaged by overpowering and/or abuse are not covered.
-Coverage does not provide compensation for loss of use.
-Shipping cost from customer to our warehouse must be covered by buyer.
-We don't automatically replace products.
Before any warranty decision is taken, our tech must diagnose the item.
From experience, more then 90% of issues are caused by misuse, incorrect settings or from exterior elements like cables, power sources, firmware, etc and not by the item itself.
Please read the manual and make sure the item does have a defect before contacting us for warranty issues.
If the product can't be fixed or the repair cost is too high, we will replace it with the equivalent model for no additional charge. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid for the product minus any shipping paid when you purchased the item and/or when you shipped the item back for the warranty inspection.
