There may be import duty charges when your purchase goes through your local customs office.

We do not charge and/or prepay import duties. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duty/fee/charge/tax that may be determined by your local customs agency.

We don't charge any fee if you use a Non Canada issued credit card.

We cant you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason we offer a 30 days return period as long as these conditions are met:

-  Your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- You must provide proof of purchase.

- Items must include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.

- You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Return shipping cost is not refundable.

- You must ship the returned item well packed and inside a box and not directly using the product's box.

- You must ship the returned item with tracking. Returns without tracking will not be accepted.

- Please pack the box of the purchased item inside another box. Please don't ship back your return using only the item's box.

The return will be processed within 2 or 3 business days. If approved the refunds takes between 5 and 10 business days.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item (date on invoice).

Yes. In case you want to return an item, you would need to pay for shipping back to us. It has to be insured and with tracking.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions and re-order a new item.

All the new products we sell are covered by the the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. If not indicated in the invoice, the default warranty coverage is  one (1) year from the date of purchase (date on the invoice).

Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

In this case the payment processor needs more time to verify the charge on your credit card.

To prevent this make sure your shipping and billing address are the same and that they are on record with your credit card/bank.

Yes. When we ship your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also login into your account and get your tracking number.

If your purchase is C$200 or more (before taxes) and you want your purchase to arrive faster than with Regular Parcel, you have the option to pay a super reduced rate to use Expedited parcel service. You can see the estimated delivery date when placing your order in your shopping cart.

If your order is C$200 or more (before taxes) we will ship for free using Canada Post Regular Parcel service within Canada and Tracked Service to the USA.
