9000 Volt is an overdrive/distortion effect that 9000 Volt is an overdrive/distortion effect that imitates the sound of Marshall JCM800/JCM2000 amplifiers via a 4x12 stack and is an upgrade of Marshall's Jackhammer effect. The pedal's dense and powerful sound is perfect for various styles of music, especially extreme ones. Overdrive and distortion have separate output level controls (CURRENT OD and CURRENT DS) and can be switched during play using the OD/DS foot switch. There is also a common VOLTAGE knob (signal distortion level) for both effects and a three-band equalizer with a parametric midrange DEATH (high frequency level), LIFE (low frequency level), ANTISHOCK (mid frequency cut level), COLOR (selection of frequencies to be cut). The pedal is made in a cast silumin body, has a “cold” by-pass and a three-color indication of operating modes.
